If your order is never delivered, we will replace the order at our expense or issue a full refund. The length of time before your package is deemed lost in transit will depend on your destination address and chosen shipping method.
Damaged / Defective Items
We check items carefully to make sure they are in good condition, but sometimes they can undergo rough handling during shipping, or may have missing or defective parts inside the packaging. If you receive something that is damaged or defective, please contact us so we can decide how best to proceed. We will do our best to replace the item or repair it to perfect condition. If we cannot, we will provide a full refund, including shipping costs.
