International Shipping

Orders shipping outside the United States may be subject to customs fees or import duties upon arrival in the destination country, as well as any customs clearance or brokerage fees that may be charged by the shipping carrier.

We are required by law to accurately report the value of the items on your order, and we cannot honor requests to alter or falsify this data, nor to mark the order as a gift for customs purposes. We will list most items as "Books," "Hobby Supplies," or "Toys," as appropriate. Shipping will be listed as a separate expense and not included with the actual value of the items you order. Please check with your local authorities to determine what, if any, fees may be applied to your order.

Time spent in Customs is not included in any delivery estimates.

Standard Shipping
If your order weighs less than four pounds, it is eligible for USPS First Class International mail. This is our least expensive option for international orders, and it is usually delivered within 10-15 days of shipping. Tracking numbers are not generally updated for First Class packages.

Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping includes services such as Priority Mail International, Express Mail International, and FedEx International Priority. These services include functional tracking and are usually delivered within a few business days of shipping.
