Warhammer 40K Grand Tournament - 9/13/2025

General Information and Format

September 13-14 2025
5 Rounds, 3 hours each - hard stop at time, the usage of Chess Clocks highly encouraged
3 Rounds on Saturday - Doors and Check-in at 10:00 AM, Dice at 10:30 AM
2 Rounds on Sunday - Doors at 11 AM and Dice at 11:15 AM
Rules cutoff will be September 6th at 11:59 PM EST, and lists are due September 9th at 11:59PM. Codex, Erratas, FAQs, and Rules updates/releases will be approved as they are released at the Judge/TO's discretion beyond that date.

Army Construction and Scoring

Each player will submit a 2000 point list using the current 10th edition army construction rules.
Lists are due in BCP by September 9th at 11:59 PM. Any players with lists submitted after that will get a yellow card. Lists submission attempts later than September 9th will result in a second yellow card and point deduction. ITC Code of Conduct will be enforced.
In the event of an uneven player pool, one player (determined by BCP pairings) will receive a Bye. A player receiving a Bye will be credited with a win and will receive battle points equal to the average score of all winning players from that round.
Scoring will be done using battle points
Ties will be decided by Wins -> Oppt. Game Win -> BP
Legends Units are not permitted.

Awards

Trophies and prize support are based on attendance and will be given for the following categories:

Best Painted (Appearance and Painting Rubric: link) - AE Pint Glass, Gift Card

Registration

In addition to registering and paying with the store, players must also register on Best Coast Pairings.
