Welcome to the claustrophobic confines of the Gallowdark! Join us for our first ever Into the Dark tournament featuring close range firefights, brutal displays of martial prowess, and all the opening and closing of doors your heart desires. DOORS FOR THE DOOR GOD! Whether you’re brand new to Kill Team or have been playing since the edition started, join us for a day of great games and great community, and win some prizes too!
Players will need to register for this tournament on both the Atomic Empire website and also on the Best Coast Pairings app or website.
Players will select a single faction to use during the course of the tournament and should create a roster for their chosen faction as detailed on pages 90 and 91 of the core book. Please submit your roster using the Best Coast Pairings app by midnight the day before the tournament.
Each round of the tournament will last two hours. In the event that each table is done early we will end the round and move on to the next one. Each round will follow the Matched Play Mission Sequence as detailed in the Critical Ops card pack.
For this tournament the layouts at each board will be different to each other, allowing for the maximum amount of variety as possible in layouts, while the mission everyone plays will be the same across each round.
The missions for this tournament are:
All FAQ, Errata, White Dwarf Articles, etc. released up to two weeks prior to the event will be considered legal for this tournament. The Terrain Rules we’ll be using are those found in the Into the Dark, Shadowvaults, and Soulshackle rulebooks, and the Critical Operations 2022 Close Quarters PDF download from Warhammer Community.
