The Blob that Ate Everything is a love letter to the B horror films of the 1930s–1950s. The town of Blackwater has been devastated after a mysterious meteorite impact; you and your companions are trapped inside the quarantine zone.
Originally featured at GenCon 2019, this Epic Multiplayer event for the Arkham Horror LCG is coming to Atomic Empire!
The Blob That Ate Everything is a unique scenario where participants are split into groups of up to four investigators, who must work together with all of the other investigators in the event in order to analyze and defeat an entity unlike any they have ever faced - one whose health pool is shared across all groups.
Every player will need to bring their own personal investigator deck. Feel free to use the event comments to discuss which investigators you want to play as. We won’t enforce any restrictions on investigator pool or the Taboo list (restricted cards). It would also be helpful if you could bring along tokens for yourself and spare chaos tokens.
This is a standalone scenario so you MAY use up to 9 XP points in your build without incurring additional weaknesses in your deck. If you use more XP, take additional random basic weaknesses based on the following table:
0-9 experience: 0 additional random basic weaknesses
10-19 experience: 1 additional random basic weakness
20-29 experience: 2 additional random basic weaknesses
30-39 experience: 3 additional random basic weaknesses
40-49 experience: 4 additional random basic weaknesses
Please arrive at 6pm as we’ll start NO LATER than 6:30pm. After the scenario is explained, we’ll be enforcing the suggested time limit of 3 hours. The store closes at 10.
