Focusing on the four major outlaw organizations (Angel Cartel, Blood Raiders, Guristas, and Serpentis) as well as CONCORD, the independent law enforcement agency of the EVE Universe, this 160-card expansion introduces several new mechanics and even a new card type. 46 cards per pre-constructed theme deck / 8 decks per display; 15 cards per booster pack / 24 packs per display.
