In real history, the Japanese purchased the German Tiger-II tank and its plans in 1944 for shipment to Japan, but the tank never reached its destination. In this alternate past, not only do they get the Tiger-II but the E50 and E75 tanks too, just in time for invasion of Japan in 1946!
